Great Cause

My cousin Misti's two children have both been diagnosed with Alpha - 1. Alpha-1 is the 3rd most common serious genetic disorder in the world and can result in life-threatening liver or lung disease. Currently the only cure is liver transplant. Misti is going to be running the Salt Lake City Half Marathon for Alpha -1 and a cure. If anyone would like to make a donation to the cause it is simple and the money goes directly to research.

Time to Reevaluate

Okay it has been a month and a half since I started working on my weight loss goal. I have decided that I need to change my weight loss goal. I feel that 40 lbs is very overwhelming and that it is keeping me from feeling like I have accomplished anything. I am going to set my new goal at 20lbs less then I am now. I feel more confident about this and I am starting over right now!!!
